Benefits of Cacao

The main benefit in simple words...

It just feels really good!!! Try it out!

Recipies

One of the most important ingredients when preparing Cacao, is Intention. It doesnt need to be complicated, it can be anything, but as long as you set an intention, cacao will give you the taste of life that you have intended! Try it out!!

I prepare Cacao almost every day, and every single time, it tastes different. That is one of the things I love about Cacao, it gives me something different every time, just like each day in life.

The beauty of this experience lies in the absence of expectations. Trust me, the first time can be an experiment, much like the unpredictable nature of life itself. Embrace the surprises it may bring.

With so much love, Sebastian.

Sugar Cane Cacao.

Variations of this recipe.

  • Use just water

  • Use just Alternative milk.

    • Use vanilla flavoured alternative Milk.

  • Add some cinnamon

    • You can add it once it is finished and let it sit for some time.

    • You can also put it from the beginning with all ingredients, will add a more complex serene layer to it.

  • You could cook it for 5 minutes with medium/high heat, however avoid boiling it, or you can take the time and cook it for 30+ minutes on a very low heat. It will be very different but the most important thing is that you flow with your day and the amount of time you choose to dedicate to this practice.
